Feb 13, 2020 · I think the HKS speedloaders are great. The Hogue grips make inserting speed loaders difficult. The original GP100 grips (made by Lett, I believe) had a relief in the side to allow for speedloader clearance. I would look for some original grips. I also have two 5Star speedloaders. They are awful. They turn the wrong way to release the cartridges.
